Welcome, I am glad we can connect, even if not in Florida and in person. Let me help you navigate our online conference this year. The Program Overview is posted. ALL TIMES EASTERN US. The general schedule is:
- 4:30 PM Wednesday: IABD Board meeting.
- The Information/Host desk (zoom room) is open Thursday & Friday 8 AM - 6 PM.
- Thursday 8:00 AM - 6 PM sessions
- Friday 8:00 AM - 6 PM sessions
There are SIX zoom rooms. The images you see are from Arkansas, The Natural State.
- The conference host/information desk: This is where you will find Cindi, AJ, or Kaye. We are here to answer questions and make this conference as seamless as possible.
- Zoom Room 1: This is a session room and is also used for the Welcome, All Academy sessions, Networking, and closing remarks.
- Zoom Rooms 2 through 5 are used for sessions.
Please map your session on the schedule to the room number to find what date and time you are presenting. Then find the room (below) and click on the blue button to join the ZOOM session. If the room asks you for a password, it is IABD.
Session chairs, could you please let me know by coming to the host zoom room after your session and let me know of any issues or concerns or just confirm a wonderful session. Thank you and I hope you enjoy our conference!

- If you are asked for a password, it is IABD.
- Tech support is via CHAT in all rooms. I am in all rooms at all times monitoring the chat. But this means I am also getting volume in all rooms at all times. So, I can't understand what is being said. If you have a tech question, put it in chat and I will see it and respond. Thanks, Kaye
- The room will open up each morning and stay open until the conference ends each day.
- Each session room is recorded and saved in the cloud. They are available via the link at the bottom of this page.
- Please observe appropriate video conferencing decorum. If you are not speaking, please stay on mute to minimize distortion feedback. Sidebar discussions and comments are appropriate in the chat room. Longer sidebar conversations should move to the networking room (1) which is not recorded.
- If you experience any problems, email kmckinzie@uca.edu or come to the host room during the conference.
