- ABSTRACT: The submission deadline is March 10th. (Just the abstract!)
- HOTEL: Group rate only guaranteed until March 17th.
- Registration: $325 faculty & $195 students. Deadline is March 24th.
Draft Schedule
- Submission deadline: February 29, 2024
- Arrive mid-day on Wednesday, April 3
- Wednesday: welcome and social event
- Thursday - presentations starting at 8:30 AM and social event
- Friday: presentations starting at 8:30 AM and social event
- Saturday: presentations ending around noon. You might want to plan the Grand Canyon tour this afternoon!
Things to consider when you register
- Please try to stay at our conference hotel. To get this rate, we have to guarantee a certain number of rooms. If we don't book at least 80% of those rooms, then IABD pays for 100% of the contracted rate rooms.
- Are you planning on attending the Gala?
- Which of the socials will to join us at? (details as we get closer)
Social Options we are considering
- The Gala, of course. Thursday or Friday early evening - to allow more time for socializing after.
- Each night there is a Light Show on the hour from 6PM on.
